TIMELINES

Orders placed before by 1pm GMT, Mon-Fri are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm, Mon-Fri are shipped the following day. 

Orders received after 1pm GMT on Friday are shipped the following Monday. 

We ship via DPD for domestic and DHL for international orders. We ship via FedEx and UPS on occasion, shipping providers cannot be chosen by the customer. All deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm on working days and require a signature on delivery.

Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Camilla Elphick is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. Camilla Elphick is not responsible products lost or damaged during shipment. 

FAILED DELIVERIES

We deliver to the delivery address provided. If packages are unavailable for any reason, including customer's refusal to pay duties, Camilla Elphick is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise. 

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

How do I return my order? 

To return your order, click the link  https://360.postco.co/camillaelphick. and enter your order number and details. If you have any trouble contact our team on info@camillaelphick.com, they will walk you through our returns process. 

 

What is your returns policy? 

For UK customers, we’re happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition with all packaging intact within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. For International customers, within 30 days.

Your returns period begins on receipt of parcel. All products must be returned in their original condition, with dust bag and gift boxes, packed securely and the packaging intact.

We cannot accept items outside of this return window or items with soles damaged or appear visibly worn, you will need to arrange these to be sent back at your own cost. 

All sample sale items are sold as seen and we’re not able to offer any refunds or exchanges on items purchased at our sample sale. 

If an item is returned to us and does meet our return policy, we will ask you to arrange collection of this item at your own cost.

 

Do you offer free returns? 

At the moment, we’re a young business and will therefore have to deduct a small amount from your refund to cover the cost of the return. (UK £3)

 

What is your international returns process? 

We do not offer free International returns, these must be sent back at your own cost. If you do not have access to a courier, we can provide a label for you and deduct a small amount from the refund for this (£3 for UK, £18 for EU, £25 for US and £28 for the rest of the world).

Can I return something I purchased at a sample sale? 

All sample sale items are sold as seen and we’re not able to offer any refunds or exchanges on items purchased at our sample sale. 

Do you have free shipping? 

We offer free standard shipping for UK orders over £250, you can also pay a little more to upgrade to same day delivery. 

Can I exchange my order? 

Yes, UK customers only. Please follow the steps through our returns and exchanges portal where you will be able to select your preferred size if it is available. Exchanges are free in the UK. 

For International customers, we’re not able to offer returns for exchange at this time.

What if my item is faulty? 

We’re sorry about this! Please notify us by email to info@camillaelphick.com with details and photographs of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt.

What if I've already sent something back that is worn or is past the returns window?

We're not able to issue refunds or exchanges for items that have clear signs of wear, have been returned outside the returns window or are without their original tags. We will notify you if this is the case and ask that you arrange shipping of your order back to your address at your own cost.

We're not liable for these items while they are stored at our warehouse.

Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, undamaged and unused with all original packaging. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition (i.e. shoe boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria. 

Camilla Elphick is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 14 business days via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and return costs (if applicable).

Items must be marked as delivered back to us within 14 days of original delivery date. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. 

 

PRE-ORDERS

Camilla Elphick offers trunk shows, during which you can pre-order items. Please note delivery dates on the specific product page. Your pre-order will be placed at the time of purchase, you will be billed in full. 

Your invoice will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Once your item arrives you will be notified and your order will be delivered to your shipping address, you will receive tracking information. If part of your order includes a pre-order item this will be sent separately to an item in stock.
