Camilla's Club: Victoria McLintock

What does a typical day in your life look like?

I start the day with a coffee in bed then slowly get ready and head over to the office for 9:30am. During the week I work at SheerLuxe as Commercial Director which no two days are ever the same! I'll be managing upcoming brand campaigns, meeting new clients, making sure everything is in order for any events or special projects we're working on, with lunch squeezed in too. After work I might head to the gym, then once I'm home I'll have dinner with my husband, then log onto my laptop to check emails and work on any projects for my interior styling business.

What exciting projects are you working on at the moment?

I've recently launched my website for my interiors business which has been really exciting! I'm working on a few fun projects including one for a close friend who is pregnant and needs help with her nursery and another for a client based in Valencia so it has been great to check out local Spanish retailers - feeling inspired!

Style Inspiration?

There have been so many people that inspire me across the years, however I'd say someone who is a constant source of inspiration would be interior designer & author Athena Calderone. Her style, in my opinion, is impeccable and how she has created such a successful business across styling, design and writing that extends across so much of everything to do with the home and art of living is hugely inspirational

Flats Or Heels?

I feel like I want to say heels but really I am a flats girl.

Soundtrack of your life?

This is a hard one as I feel like I have a long list - however someone I've listened to on repeat throughout my life is Lauryn Hill. I've probably listened to her music most days for as long as I can remember, plus my first dance at my wedding was Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You, so hearing her music brings back a lot of great memories.

My Idea of a Perfect Weekend

I love a chilled Friday night in - I'll order sushi, have a glass of wine and watch a film. Saturday I'll start the day walking the dog with my husband in Hyde Park, then I'll go and get my nails done with my sister followed by shopping on the Kings Road. Obviously as it's the perfect weekend, everything I try on fits and is on sale! I will head out to Gold in Notting Hill with my girlfriends for dinner and be home by midnight as I just love my sleep. Sunday is of course reserved for an obligatory roast, I'll go somewhere close by. One of my favourite roasts is at The Holland in Kensington, a must-visit if you're ever in the area. I'll finish the weekend off with an evening of self-care: hair and face masks, an extended version of my skincare routine and a relaxing bath whilst watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, delightful.

What are you favourite Camilla Elphicks and how would you style them?

I have so many pairs of Camilla Elphick shoes but I have to do a shout out to the hardest working shoes in my closet, my white Heart & Sole sneakers. They go with absolutely everything! I wear them with a navy pinstripe suit & white tshirt for work, wide fit jeans and a short boucle jacket on the weekends and during warmer months they're my go-to with mini dresses or shorts.
