An Important Brexit Update for our EU Customers
Like so many other brands we have tried to navigate this situation as best as possible.
After many trials, we have decided from today (22.04.2021) that the following countries are able to receive their orders inclusive of VAT & duties.
However, we regret to inform customers from the remaining countries within Europe there is the unfortunate new reality of now having to pay duties upon arrival of their parcel.
We want to minimise the impact of this, so we have stopped charging VAT and adjusted our prices to make things a little bit easier on customers in these countries.
We will continue to assess the situation and make changes where we can to make the foreseeable future as smooth and painless as possible.
