Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We aim to ship all orders that are placed before 12pm GMT that same day. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Our delivery time starts from when an order is shipped from our warehouse. 

 

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

UK ONLY: 

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-3 working days) £5.00

FREE SHIPPING on orders over £250.00 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ONLY:

We have partnered with Global E to ship our international orders.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: 2-3 working days

ECONOMY SHIPPING: 5-7 working days

European Customers: You will have nothing further to pay on receipt of your order, duties and taxes are included.

International shipping prices are calculated at checkout depending on which country you are in to provide you with the best prices we can offer. Duties and taxes are also calculated at checkout, where you will be able to pre-pay if you choose to. We suggest that you do choose to pre-pay, as this may be cheaper for you. 


EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Jewellery & Socks: Please note that our bracelets, necklaces, earrings, hair cuffs and socks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Online Sample Sale: Please note that items in our Sample Sale are final sale items and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable

UK CUSTOMERS

All exchanges and returns need to be logged in our portal: https://360.postco/camillaelphick  Please note that without this we cannot approve your request. All exchanges and returns must be received by us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

UK EXCHANGES

Need a different size? There is no extra cost to exchange your purchase.

1. Create an exchange in the portal where you will be able to select your alternative size, once this has been approved you will be sent a free return label. Once the item is received back by us, your exchange will be sent out free of charge.

2. Exchanges must be completed within the 30-day period.

3. If you wish to exchange for a different style or colour, please select 'store credit' and repurchase.

UK RETURNS

If you would like to return your purchase, please follow the steps below:

1. Log your return online here: https://360.postco.co/camillaelphick- you can also find a link on our website here: www.camillaelphick.com 

2. Click the return button and choose the reason for return.

3. We will then need to approve your return. Once approved, you will be sent a Royal Mail return label, at a fee of £3 and will be deducted from your refund. You will need to attach to the label the shipping box and take it to your nearest drop off location.

Your returns period begins on receipt of the parcel. Refunds will be processed within a 20-day window, minus the outbound shipping charge.

All products must be unworn and returned in their original condition, with dust bag and gift boxes, packed securely and the packaging intact.

We cannot accept items outside of this return window or items with soles damaged or appear visibly worn. All sample sale items or ‘exchange only’ items are sold as seen and we’re not able to offer any refunds or exchanges on items purchased at our sample sale or that are marked ‘exchange only’ on the specific product page. 

If an item is returned to us and does meet our return policy, we will ask you to arrange collection of this item at your own cost.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

At this time, we do not offer International exchanges, please return for a refund and purchase the new item separately. Please email us at info@camillaelphick.com and include your order number, reason for return and choose from delivery option 1 or 2 below.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return your item.

1. We prefer that items returned to us via our own service, so that they are protected and insured. We can provide a return label for you with our discounted rates, at a fee which will be deducted from your refund. Our returns service provides fully tracked delivery with customer support. If you do require a label from us, please email us at info@camillaelphick.com, with your order number and request.

2. You can return the item yourself, using other third party providers, but we are unable to accept liability or responsibility for these, including any additional charges. Please email us: info@camillaelphick.comif you intend to do this and send your return to the following address: 

Camilla Elphick Ltd, Unit 27, 2-4 Exmoor Street, London, W10 6BD, United Kingdom. Please note, must make sure that you state on the paperwork it is a 'RETURN'.

FAILED DELIVERIES

We deliver to the delivery address provided. If packages are unavailable for any reason, including customer's refusal to pay duties, Camilla Elphick is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise. 

PRE-ORDERS

Camilla Elphick offers trunk shows, during which you can pre-order items. Please note delivery dates on the specific product page. Your pre-order will be placed at the time of purchase; you will be billed in full. 

Your invoice will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Once your item arrives you will be notified and your order will be delivered to your shipping address, you will receive tracking information. If part of your order includes a pre-order item, this will be sent separately to an item in stock.

Camilla Elphick is not responsible for pre-order packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. Camilla Elphick is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment. 

 

Promotions, Offers & 10% Newsletter Sign-Up

We reserve the right to withdraw or change any promotion at our discretion.

Our Camilla's Club sign-up promotion offers a 10% discount to first-time users only and is available to new customers on their first order. This code can only be used on FULL PRICE items and excludes, sales, promotions, clearance items, and samples, and cannot be used in conjunction with other code or offer.
